How Long Does Motivational Life Coaching Take? Most people find it beneficial to have 1-2 sessions per month, for six months. However, this can vary depending upon your interests and needs. Each session lasts anywhere from
1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. As an added bonus, I also provide a complementary follow up email, discussing our session in detail.
