Welcome and thank you for visiting The Kimberly Wiseman Corporation (hereafter "TKWC") website. The customer understands, acknowledges and agrees that by initial and continued use of the services provided by TKWC and agrees to, and is bound by the TKWC Credit/Debit Card ChargeBack Policy and other policies submitted by TKWC. All policies may be viewed at this link.

If you have a discrepancy with any of our services, please contact our office by using our online contact form and calling us at 480.987.9563 prior to submitting any chargback. In order to avoid frivolous and fraudulent claims it is also the sole discretion of the TKWC to render services complete.

It is the policy of TKWC to report all forms of fraud to the appropriate legal authorities, regardless of country of origin. We vigorously prosecute individuals and/or companies that commit fraud by means of chargebacks, use of fraudulent Credit/Debit Cards or other forms of Credit/Debit Card fraud.

TKWC and its associate websites do not tolerate credit card fraud. No expense will be spared and all fraud without exception will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research costs, employee down time and loss of revenues.

TKWC also considers credit card chargebacks to be fraud if you made no reasonable effort to notify us that a problem existed, or to resolve or clarify a situation or matter. A phone call, email or letter normally resolves any misunderstandings. Contact us by using our online contact form and calling us at 480.987.9563.

You agree that if you choose to do business with TKWC, or any of our related companies and file a chargeback with your credit card company and do not win the chargeback argument, you agree to pay us $150.00 for our time responding to the matter. You authorize us to charge $150 to your credit card. If this charge is rejected, TKWC will pursue legal action to recoup losses for our time associated with responding to the chargeback in addition to any other fees explained above. If there are illegal activities, payment shall not prevent TKWC from seeking to obtain other legal remedies, both civil and criminal, including but not limited to, other expenses, damages, court costs, attorneys fee's and statutory interest.

You agree via your conducting business with TKWC that any legal action resulting from any transaction will be guided by the laws of and take place in TKWC home state of Arizona, Pinal Country. You agree to reimburse us or any representative we may appoint for any legal expenses your actions may make TKWC incur.

We take fraud seriously. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The waiver of a breach hereunder does not waive any other or subsequent breach.
