At a very young age, I was told by a teacher, “Don’t think because you aren’t capable of it.” As aggressive as these words sound, I was provided an opportunity. Do I make "that" my story? Or, do I "create" who I knew I could become? This is very important to mention, because as the years would pass, I decided I would not be the victim to anything. As an adult, I had come to realize, that I did not have to live with meritocracy, but rather, stop living a mediocre life.

My real passion is people. I believe that when we “seek to understand” each other, we empower the greater part of ourselves in the process. As a Motivational Life Change Coach, I provide empowering questioning technologies that motivate, inspire and hold you accountability without judgment. I work with all types of change and transition processes. In other words, together we proactively identify situations and recognize opportunities to develop, implement, and measure success.

Throughout my career I have worked with companies such as Amazon.com, Visa Future Card and Today’s Arizona Woman magazine, to name a few. Additionally, I have managed all business operations including extensive web development, motivational presentations and speaking, business processes, product development, corporate partnerships, e-commerce, e-marketing, e-inventory and interactive technologies. Please do not let the technology fool you. I have worn many hats. ie.: CEO, Senior Partner, Director of Marketing. However, I offer both professional and personal approach to Life Change Coaching and business consulting. Additionally, I also serve as an Online Faculty Member for Corinthian Colleges.

On a personal note, I am originally from Pennsylvania. I drove across the United States in 1999 with my dog Joey, who has since passed away. I live and work in San Tan Valley, Arizona.  I have 4 dogs. (yes, count them!) Most mornings I walk 3 miles to find time within. And, I have been learning that Splenda is NOT my friend! (Particularly if you are allergic to it) I love all types of music. I have two guitars, an organ and full keyboard. And,I build life long professional and personal friendships.
